Shipping Information:

If you use a P.O. Box please provide both your P.O. Box # and your physical address so we can ship your order in a timely manner. Most orders ship the next business day, however, all orders should be shipped to you within 5-8 business days from the date of your order. You will receive an e-mail confirmation when your order has shipped.

Alaska and Hawaii orders: Will be charged the listed shipping rate plus a $8.00 surcharge. If you select the Standard Delivery option your order will automatically be shipped by USPS Priority Mail. These shipments will usually take 4-7 business days from date of shipment for delivery.

Canadian orders: Will be charged the listed shipping rate above, plus a $10.00 surcharge. All duties and taxes assessed to the order will be the purchasers responsibility. These shipments will usually take 5-8 business days from shipment for delivery.

International Orders: (other than Canada) We do not ship to international addresses other than Canada.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Our promise is simple. We stand behind all of the products we sell. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. So even if it's for other than defects in material and workmanship, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us for a replacement or refund.

Damaged or Defective Merchandise: We want to be sure that every product we sell meets your standards for quality merchandise. If you feel that a product you purchased was either defective or damaged, please contact customer service and we will assist you in correcting the problem or returning the merchandise.

How to Return: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from MyHealthyPuppy.com. So if you find it necessary to return or exchange items, you may do so within 30 days of your original purchase. The items must be in original, resalable condition.

Please include a list of what is being returned, why it is being returned, and whether you would like a refund or exchange. If requesting an exchange please list the item you would like sent instead. You will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning or exchanging unless it is for defects in material and/or workmanship.
